About Eagles Leadership Network

Eagles Leadership Network (ELN) is an initiative that trains and equips upcoming leaders in the areas of ethical governance, transformational leadership and statesmanship.

Our work also involves sensitizing the citizenry on the importance of identifying, affirming and supporting leaders of integrity and proven ethical standards.

Our leadership training programs are designed for aspiring and early-career political leaders in Kenya, while citizen education programs target the general citizenry. Both are based primarily on Biblical principles.

Upon graduation from our leadership programs, participants are able to join a powerful network of like-minded aspiring leaders, thus enhancing their potential impact in the national arena.

Citizens are able to identify, affirm and support such leaders, beginning from county to national level.
